Shop News!
The 2025 All Michigan Shop Hop (AMISH) starts June 1, and we are busy getting ready to stamp your passports and see your smiling faces!
- The all color, 100+ page Shop Hop Magazine is in the shop now! Stop in to get yours or order it online. It's a beautiful, full-color magazine, and you'll need it as you visit each store and collect your stamps, plus it has advertisements for every shop participating in the hop. It's a great reference book to keep on hand. It includes 5 quilt patterns and downloads for 2 additional patterns. The magazine is $12.95.
- Shop Hop Exclusive Fabric - We are taking pre-orders for the Shop Hop fabric. You can order now and pick up on June 1st--or we can ship to you then.
- Sneak Peek of our Shop's fabric square! When you visit our store this summer with your passport, you'll get our new fabric square. It reflects our shop's mission to our customers--to deliver Joy, Creativity and Friendship.
Attention Tilda Lovers!!
The newest Tilda line will be available on June 1! Wallflower is a beautiful floral. We'll be making kits and you can preorder the fabric now and get it as soon as it's available!

July Special Event - Deb Strain
We're SO excited to have Moda Designer Deb Strain visit us July 9!! Deb will share how she creates her beautiful fabric for Moda. She'll also bring some fun giveaways and surprises. I bet you have some Deb Strain fabric in your stash--if not, we'll be glad to help you acquire some!! Deb is a prolific designer for fabrics and other mediums. She has created over one-hundred collections since she began working with Moda. She loves working with different colors and patterns, the more intricate the better! We have her newest fabric line, On Lake Time, in the shop now. Her next fabric line is a winter theme and arrives in the shop this summer. We will have more details and sign up information soon.
New Kimberbell Event - Hello Pumpkin
We'll be hosting the latest Kimberbell event in September! You’ll make four darling autumn projects! Stitch two Acorn Plushies, then make a Pumpkin Jar Wrap with quilting on the ribbon ties. The Hello Pumpkin Screen is stitched on mesh screen and comes with five extra sentiments for later. We will let you know the date once we get it scheduled. You can participate in person or virtually for our friends who live farther away.

Classroom Update
We're excited and happy to share that Consumers Energy has placed a new electric pole and added the much anticipated electric box to our building! Now the final work will begin to get our classroom ready so we can start scheduling more classes onsite. We will have a big announcement when ready!
