This is an easy and beautiful quilt for any skill level! It requires 6 fabrics for the star and fabric for background, boarder and backing. Also a regular ruler with 45 degree lines. The instructor will be creating a queen size quilt during class. You can create the size you would like. There is not a pattern or book required for this class. Once you make one it will become a favorite of yours, too. Instructor fee is $20 per session for a total of $60. Materials to be purchased at Erin Matthew Sewing for 20% off. Fabrics will be selected at the first class. SIGN UP AT ERINMATTHEWSEWING.COM. A $10 sign up fee is required to sign up and the $10 will go toward class supplies.

This 3 day class featuring the Behind Blue Eyes Floral panel with Cathy P. The first class is basic free motion. If you have had a free motion class the first half is a refresher. The second part of the class will be quilting the center of the the floral panel. The second class will include adding additional free motion designs and quilting the petals. The third class is finishing the petals, creating a hanging sleeve and machine binding. Class fee is $60 plus cost of the kit. Sign up at www.erinmatthewsewing.com. Class size is limited to 8. You will be using your embroidery machine and finishing with your sewing machine. The clock is cute and include an hour, minute and second had. Desert Sunset quilt pattern by Missouri Star Quilt Company, measures 59” x 59”. This is an easy and beautiful quilt for any skill level! It requires: pattern, 1 roll of 2 ½” x 42” strips, ¾ yard for outer border, ¾ yard for binding, and 3 ¾ yards for backing. This pattern could also be easily adapted to a smaller or larger quilt size if desired. . A $10 sign-up fee is required to sign up and will go toward supplies for class. Instructor fee is $10. 20% off fabric for the class. Bring your lunch, any treats, smiles and fun! Pattern will be available at the store for those who sign up.

What do I bring to class?
Bring your sewing machine in good working order, basic sewing supplies (rotary cutter, scissors, thread, snips). Required class materials will be emailed to you in advance of the class. Class materials including software designs and thread are not included in the class cost unless specifically indicated. Pre-registration is required for all classes to reserve an available seat. Arriving 15 minutes before class starts will provide time to get set up and settled. Unless your class is “learn your machine”, you will need to understand how to work your machine so the class can stay on track. Important: Your embroidery machine MUST accept USB sticks.

Sometimes you've just got to get away! Grab a friend and come sew! Don’t worry about the housework, dishes, laundry, this is a safe space for fabric fun! Available during open store hours EXCEPT during a scheduled class or event.
Cancellation Policy and Wait List
If there is a different class time that is better for you, we will be happy to put you in a different class! A full class fee refund is available until 48 hours before the class. If you cancel later than that, the class refund is no longer available unless there is a person on the wait list who can take your place.
